About the partner
Hudson SPEAKS is Hudson County’s designated sexual violence agency providing free counseling, advocacy, and support to individuals 13 and over for individuals who have experience in their lifetime; past or present. Hudson SPEAKS also works within the community by partnering with school, universities, agencies and other organizations on awareness and prevention training.
Perspective on Health Equity
Building a culture of health means uniting community agencies to work together and create a wave of awareness and prevention to create a healthier culture that not only seeks services to treat but also seeks services to help sustain a healthy lifestyle or possibly prevent illness brought up by unhealthy lifestyle practices.Hudson SPEAKS seeks to build a culture of heath that promotes the healing of the mind, spirit, and health from sexual violence trauma.
