About the partner

We are a peer lead mental health organization providing a variety of walk-in services and linkages onsite to mental health, substance use and homelessness services. Services include birth certificate & documentation assistance, Support Groups, Welfare & Social Security application assistance, Warming center/Shelter & Housing assistance, mental health & medical access, Crisis intervention & Respite referrals, Substance use & detox linkage, transportation, food and other fun activities as well!

Perspective on Health Equity

We try to really meet individuals we serve where they are at and offer wrap around services in line with what their overall wellness and recovery goals are. We try to integrate our services with other providers we partner with to ensure our members needs are fully met in any capacity they request. We also try to bring as many services onsite to make access easier for the community we serve as well, as we know this is a barrier to overall health for some.
