About the partner
The Family Support Center (FSC) is a grant-funded statewide program that works with families or individuals who love someone that is struggling with addiction. The FSC provides families with ongoing individual support (face-to-face, phone), education, and case management services. Through the CRAFT model (Community Reinforcement Approach and Family Training) families will learn tools and skills that will help them guide their loved one as well as improve their own well-being.
